John Quinn has spent most of his working life introducing new technologies into the sales channels of the UK, Europe and Middle East. Organisations such as Netscreen, Juniper, Fortinet, ISS/IBM, F5 and several start-up Security Technology vendors from the US and Israeli technology communities, have been introduced by John into over 150 key partners in over 27 countries.
With over 40 years of senior management experience in growth companies, Bob brings a wide range of experience and capabilities to Progress.
Bob has been involved in early stage funding for start-up and emerging high growth companies in the UK and internationally.
With his experience in acquisitions, mergers, disposals and fund raising in both the private and public sectors, Bob is a highly experienced executive and we are very please to have him as a member of our board.
Simon Burgess is the Channel Director for Progress, responsible for building relationships with existing value added resellers as well as recruiting new ones that can add value to the innovative vendors Progress is introducing to the UK and European markets. Previously worked at Computacenter and spent 12 years at Hewlett Packard.
A Sales Professional with over 20 years’ experience working within the Telco, Integrator, ISP, MSSP and EMEA software vendor community. Previously Richard was the CEO & co-founder of Essant Group a leading Cisco Gold Partner, Data Centre & Networks Integrator and Managed Services provider based in the UK.
Shelley brings a wealth of marketing experience built over more than 25 years working in the IT Channel. Shelley was part of the highly successful marketing team at Newbridge Networks during the 1990s, prior to its multi-billion pound acquisition by telecoms giant, Alcatel. She went on to manage the Northern European Channel Marketing team for Alcatel Enterprise division, driving new business through their channel partner network.
Since 2007, she’s been providing expertise in the form of Marketing as a Service to the IT & Security channel with her team of marketing professionals
